The Cape Town Gastroenterology Centre cares for children, adolescents, and adults with digestive diseases. The practice is supported by a team of nurses, dietitians, and other allied health professionals and our multi-disciplinary approach is one of our greatest strengths. We also pride ourself on the holistic care we offer our patients. We provide specialised gastroenterology care for patients of all ages. Led by Dr David Epstein and Dr Thania Kahn, who focus on adult patients, and Dr Lesego Ndhlovu, who treats children, our team delivers expert consultations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments in a professional yet welcoming environment. Whether you’re experiencing ongoing digestive discomfort, need a screening procedure, or require infusion therapy, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to support your health and well-being. The facility comprises two sections: the doctors’ consulting rooms (Cape Town Gastroenterology Centre) and the Cape Town Infusion Centre, where patients are able to receive their respective treatments and infusions in a dedicated, supportive setting.
